Cua Driver

Rust driver opt-in install — install --experimental-rust can select cua-driver-rs, with Windows packages, ARM64 builds, versioned install directories, and install lock cleanup.
Windows app coverage — list_apps, list_windows, and launch_app cover installed apps, Windows accessibility (UIA) top-level windows, and UWP packaged apps.
macOS permission flow — cua-driver-rs includes a first-launch permissions gate, TCC relaunch behavior, and per-action focus suppression.
Install fixes — macOS downloads, notarization inputs, and MCP config persistence were fixed for the Rust backend.
Driver diagnostics — doctor reports Windows-specific permission and interactive-session state.
