More reliable desktop automation

Hyprland automation now preserves semantic accessibility scrolling and routes background text through Hyprland input (#3820, #3877).

Desktop snapshots use unified identity and payload ownership, and macOS desktop capture no longer relies on PATH (#3616, #3755).
